When you sign up for a membership or drop-in session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and emergency contact information. This information is required to process your membership and comply with our liability waiver requirements.
We use your personal information to manage your membership, process payments through Stripe, send you scheduling and class updates, and contact your emergency contact if necessary during training. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Take The Fight Academy does not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and administrative purposes. Liability waiver records are retained as required by applicable law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@takethefight.academy. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
