By signing up for a membership at Take The Fight Academy, you agree to these terms. Membership grants you access to scheduled classes and academy facilities during operating hours. Membership is non-transferable.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Quarterly and Annual memberships require 30 days written notice before cancellation. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a membership period.
All members and drop-in visitors must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any training activity. By agreeing to the waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks of combat sports training and release Take The Fight Academy and its coaches from liability for injury.
Members are expected to treat coaches and fellow students with respect at all times. Aggressive behavior outside of supervised training, harassment, or conduct unbecoming of the academy's values will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
Drop-in sessions are $10 per visit. Payment is required before participation. Drop-in visitors must also complete a liability waiver. Drop-in access is subject to class availability.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the academy following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
